Little Troublemakers

I started this the week of finals, mostly because I didn't want to study. That was 2 months ago and I haven't touched it since. I do plan on finishing the shadow bubbles and coloring it at some point... probably the next time I have a test I want to avoid.

This is Chibitalia, Holy Roman Empire, and Little Japan BEFORE they became the Axis Powers: Italy, Germany and Japan (YES, I know I'm assuming HRE=Germany, but c'mon! We all know it's true!! Not only is it historically/ geographically plausible, but that's the only way Chibitalia can end without making us all depressed)
